Soma Bay's villas sit on a self-contained peninsula on the Red Sea, around its marina, its golf course and its beaches. The homes below are the villas and twin villas we currently have for sale in Soma Bay and Ras Soma. As of October 2026 they have two to five bedrooms, with a built-up area from roughly 116 to 322 m² and a typical plot of around 530 m².

You will find them in Mesca, Wadi Jebal, Nautilus, Blanca, Bay West, Shams Soma, Reef Villas and Coral Coves, and in Ras Soma. Some are resales, ready to move into. Others are new builds with a developer payment plan and a set delivery date.
