For Rent: 3 Bedroom Villa in Bay West, Soma Bay | BUA 145 sqm | EUR 1,500 /month

This furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa in Bay West, Soma Bay sits in the first row directly facing the sea — 145 sqm of living space with unobstructed Red Sea views from the main living areas and garden.

First-row sea-view villa in Bay West Soma Bay

Floor-to-ceiling sightlines across the water define the interior mood: morning light enters from the east as the sun lifts off the sea, and the private garden frames that view at ground level rather than from a balcony railing. The layout places three bedrooms across distinct zones, each with its own bathroom, which makes the house work equally well for a couple with family or two households sharing. The villa arrives fully furnished, so there is no lag between signing and settling in.

Bay West is positioned within the Soma Bay peninsula — a self-contained resort community roughly 45 kilometres south of Hurghada International Airport. The peninsula’s coral reef is accessible directly from shore, and the beach clubs, watersports facilities and restaurants that define life here are within walking distance of the villa’s front door. The sense of community is quiet and residential rather than transient.

For DACH tenants considering a longer posting or a winter base, the Red Sea corridor offers stable year-round conditions: water temperatures rarely fall below 22°C, and Hurghada airport connects to Frankfurt, Vienna and Zurich with direct seasonal flights. A first-row position in Bay West is among the more sought-after placements in the peninsula, with very little stock at this proximity to the waterline available on the long-term market.
