For Rent: 3 Bedroom Standalone Chalet in Mesca, Soma Bay | BUA 146 sqm | EUR 1,800 /month

Sea-View Chalet in Mesca: Space, Garden, Red Sea Light

The master bedroom connects to an en-suite bathroom and has its own terrace access, so the sea view is the first thing you see in the morning and the last at night. Two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom complete the sleeping wing, making the plan well suited to a couple with children or two people working remotely who each need a dedicated room. A shared pool is available within the compound, and Mesca sits inside the broader Somabay resort peninsula — a self-contained community on the Red Sea with beaches, watersports, a golf course, and medical facilities all within walking or short cycling distance. The 24/7 security perimeter means the gates are genuinely closed to outside traffic.

For DACH tenants, renting within Mesca before committing to a purchase is a practical way to live the Soma Bay calendar across seasons and understand the resale dynamics from the inside. The furnished, move-in-ready condition eliminates the logistics of shipping or sourcing furniture internationally — a meaningful saving in time and cost. Soma Bay’s occupancy curve strengthens year on year, and a chalet of this specification — standalone, sea view, private garden — sits at the quality ceiling of what the Red Sea rental market reliably produces at this price point.
