About Us

Liaison Property is a personally run real estate consulting company built on years of presence, continuity, and personal involvement. Through the years of working directly on the ground in the Red Sea market we build long-standing relationships and earned trust over time.

Our founders were among the first certified partners of El Gouna’s developers, bringing more than 25 years of experience and understanding of each corner in town. Today, Liaison Property is run by a family team who have lived and worked in the Red Sea since 2015, taking over from the founders after years of close partnership. The experience built in El Gouna’s early days lives on in the way we work — grounded, personal, and based on real familiarity with the places we represent, not marketing descriptions.

Over the years we expanded also to other prime destinations in Red Sea and Egypt, such as Soma Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, the North Coast and Cairo. Since 2021 we are also represented in prime coastal developments in Spain.

We work personally with each client — no layers, no handovers — just honest guidance and personal involvement from start to finish. Real estate for us isn’t just our profession – it is our passion.
